We value your satisfaction and strive to make products of high quality and as described. However, due to hygiene concerns and the nature of most of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns. Further explanation is that we cannot guarantee that the product has not been touched or used. We do not have the means to receive a return and be able to sanitize/sterilize the products so we can recycle and reuse them. Safety and hygiene are of the highest priority here at Lil-Land. Please carefully review product details and contact the customer support team with any questions or concerns before purchasing. We will gladly give you as much information as possible! We package products very carefully and reinforce them but if you receive a damaged, missing, or defective item, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. These products can be choking hazards because they contain small parts and accessories. It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is required throughout playtime. Please use your judgement when purchasing. All children are different in terms of levels of risk and developmental stages. Our dough is not edible and should not be ingested even though it is made with non-toxic food grade materials. The dough is made with a lot of salt that acts as one of the preservatives and it does not taste good. If accidental ingestion occurs, we have to recommend that you contact poison control. It is highly unlikely if it was a small amount that it would cause any concern but still needs to be assessed by a professional. If a pet consumes, we recommend calling your veterinarian for further guidance. Keep it away from pets. Please look under the "Our Dough" section in the FAQs for ingredient list. If skin becomes irritated, or allergy occurs, discontinue play and rinse the area with soap and water and seek advice from your medical provider. By purchasing and using our sensory kits, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the safety guidelines. The safety of our customers will always be our top priority.

Our dough is made with the following ingredients: Flour, Salt, Potassium Sorbate, Cream of Tartar, Food Coloring, Essential Oils (for scent), Vegetable Oil, and Water. The salt, potassium sorbate, and cream of tartar are used as food-grade preservatives to keep the dough in the best condition. This is used to help keep the dough from going bad and prevent mold growth. Care Instructions: Like any dough over time, it can become thicker or begin to dry out. Salt crystals can also form. The beauty of our dough is that it can easily be brought back to life with a little water or vegetable oil! If you find that your dough needs to be freshened up, we recommend getting your hands slightly damp and then kneading the dough with some water or trying a few drops of vegetable oil at a time and kneading until you reach the desired texture. The dough can last 6+ months if kept in good condition. In our opinion, this is typically longer than the original playdough or most other doughs on the market. We have tested the dough and even left it out for multiple hours to see if it can be saved with this refresher method. We do recommend though to put it away as soon as use is over to keep it in the best condition On rare occasions that you find that your dough is more on the sticky/tacky side then you will want to sprinkle some flour in it little by little until you reach the desired texture. *Large Box Kits and Jar Kits: Use saran wrap to keep dough fresher inside their containers. Please make sure to rewrap the dough up before closing the kit and putting it away. This is an effective way of keeping the dough in good condition. *Extra Large Box Kits: Include jars for the dough. We do sell "dough nuggets", which include your color choice of 4.5 oz of dough. Dough nuggets are shipped in double-wrapped saran wrap. These can be used to refresh your sensory kits dough over time. Great to also have on hand so that you have multiple color options! Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns!

We hope that our custom order process is quick and easy. Please browse our website to see which custom order you would like. We have various custom event options in different sizes. Find a custom order option on the website. If you have difficulty finding it, please view the custom section under categories. If you continue to have trouble finding what you need, please email us, and we will help! Once you locate this, you will want to add it to your cart. You will then select from the options available. For example, you would like red dough, blue glitter, and cherry-scented dough. After doing this, you should see a text box that will allow you to enter more custom desires. Such as "I would like a Spider-Man theme." To give us an idea of what you have in mind. This allows you to have much more control over how the product will look and turn out. If you do not have a preference or do not want to choose, then click the "You Pick" option, and we will do this for you. Checkout Once I receive your order, I will reach out to you via email. I will give you my ideas on your custom order and make sure we can customize it per your wishes. I may also be able to give you a better estimate of the timeframe needed for prep and delivery. *Please note that for all custom orders, I will have to order your accessories, get them delivered, create your kits, pack, and ship prior to your delivery. Please allow for 2.5 weeks' notice before your desired delivery date. I attempt to get these created and shipped as fast as possible; some custom orders may only take a few days to create; others may take the full 2.5-week time period to get to you.
